Ack in may of the software was installed in my computor. At a years subscription of about 204$. Software was installed then started have problems with computor by it running slow and having many errors and viruses. I allready have norton antivirus on my computor. The IYOGI techs would clean my computor of errors and viruses. They suggested that i should remove the pronerds software because it could damage computor. I was told by a tech. That i will be penalized 80$ for early cancellation. So i spoke to a supervisor about this matter of not informing me about this penalty but all i got from her was an apology. The software was removed for about two months and computor is running very good. So i guess i will have to take this 80$ loss and have remaing balanc credited to my account. Currently the software is NOT in my computor. I hope this issue can be resolved.
