I am filling this complaint that ProNerds need to to have better costomer service for its costomers.By this I mean it should inform its "HIDDEN PENALTY FEES" before installing software. A early cancellation fee, istallation fee and who knows what will be left after my issue is resolved. So far $60 out of $204 will be credited back to my account. MAYBE! To all new costomers, ask questions! I thought I was buying software to protect my computor, not buying a cell phone.
