Never subscribed to this company. I would get a text every month saying i was renewed to this service. Knowing i never signed up, i assumed it was a phishing text and if i texted them to stop the subscription which i never signed up for, i would be charged for the text. I have paperless billing, and I never look at my bills on the computer where all the details are. I look at them on my phone app. Since I got scammed into this a few days after i got my new phone, my bill was always the same every month. I just assumed that it was what my new plan was with a smartphone. Today my wife was looking up bills on the computer and came across this charge. I phoned Rogers and they said there was nothing they could do, it was a 3rd party company, and gave me their phone number. So i called and yelled at some guy with a heavy east Indian accent about it. He said it was cancelled and i might get a partial refund (doubt it with a scammer company like this) At least the subscription is cancelled. I called Rogers back and asked if there is anything they can do, if they can block 3rd party add ons from my plan. They can, and did. So from today on according to Rogers my phone is incapable of signing up for 3rd party subscriptions. We'll see if it works or not. I highly recommend EVERYONE call their provider and get them to do this, even if you have not yet been scammed. I just think of the piece of shit that has my money and is spending it when he fucking stole it from me. Deserves his (or her) face caved in for scamming ppl.
