I purchased a peach tree in the spring and when it arrived it was dead. They asked when I called to take a picture and email it, which I did and they agreed that it was a dead tree. They apologized and said it was to late to get another one and they would give me a store credit to get another one in fall. Well I been calling and emailing and no answer yet. All I'm getting is a recording that says spring season is over and call back in fall. Well as u can see its a little past fall and soon to be winter and no response. I'm totally fed up. Even if the business has hit rock bottom it would be nice to have a little heart left to let people know something regardless of the situation. Didn't lose a fortune on this but money is money and no one has it to waste, not on a dead tree anyway. Its Bad to let a bad business turn to to a bad person.
