Smithnursery order 916, placed early Spring 2012 for 7 cherry trees. On delivery 5 were dead. Nursery notified and requests for photos to include scratching the bark complied with, the trees were very dead, no green. 5 replacements sent, arrived in same dead condition and again their requests for photos was complied with and they concurred, they were dead. Was promised replacements as soon as their Fall shipping season started. Long past that date now, no responses from my emails, no offer of refund. No replacements. Phone goes to answering machine saying they are closed until Fall shipping season which was to start last Month. Their web site is still up but I am upset being out the money for products not received as paid for.
