I cancelled my free trial within the grace period. Was told I was fully cancelled in their computer on that date. 3 weeks later, I get charged $96.00. The company did not send a package. I called and they told me that I "was supposed to be cancelled" and they messed up.in order for me to recieve a full refund I would have to refuse the package (which they didn't ship. Called again to get a tracking number, not available.
