Carmen Galvan Bermudez Aka Victoria Bermudez stole Joseph Allen in 2008 while her and the father were on a trip in Colombia South America. This woman has taken RCN Colombian National TV to court because of a TV interview with James Allen that the Network proved to be true. She has harrased the father that has tried everything he can do to see the child. Many people in Colombia know about this situation and Mr. Allen can be contacted at [email protected] if you would like to receive documented proof her and her not so ex-husband Santiago Munoz kidnapped the child.
