We also were charged a monthly fee of $14.95 which we noticed on this month's credit card bill (3/10 and 4/07). This happened when my husband ordered flowers for Valentines day and a pop-up asked if he'd like to save $10. He clicked yes and that was it! No additional information was asked for.in addition, the discount was not given on the flowers! Our credit card company filed a complaint and removed the charge. My husband contacted both proflowers and ezsaver to complain.
