My debit card was charge 39.95 and then an additional 2.50. I called 888-457-0819 and spoke to a guy with a foreign accent (Thomas) and explained that my card been charged and I had not authorized the charge. He asked for the last six numbers of my card and then gave me account information for another person! I was livid by this point. I had to give him my name and he was able to find the information. He said it would take 7-10 days for a refund and he put my name on a block list. I am still very upset because I have no idea how this happened!!!
