I have no idea how this company got my credit card information, but I called them as soon as I saw this charge pending on my card. I spoke with two reps, both of whom assured me that the charge would be refunded. They could not give me a straight answer about where the charge originated. Anyway, tonight I logged into my visa account and big surprise - the charge not only went through without being refunded, but a foreign transaction fee was added along with the original charge. Of course I'll be disputing it tomorrow and my credit card will reimburse me for these unauthorized charges, but but I am so livid over even having to waste my time on this b.S. Apparently not only are they scamming people but their customer service reps are useless morons who can't understand what 'immediate demand for reimbursement' means.
