I applied on line for a loan on 31st of October, minutes later I got a call from AK management saying that I had been approved and that they need my bank card number when I asked why they need it they said it was so the loan could be deposited in which it was not. They withdrew £79 without my consent and lied to gain access to my account. I called them and was told I'm not getting it back. Please help!
