I ordered a trial sample of OrthoWhite on the internet on Nov. 2 and wrote down all pertinent information from the Terms and Conditions, which CLEARLY stated that I must cancel within eight (8) days of the order (that would be Nov 10) or my account would be charged $78.41. They had already charged me $1.03 for the product and $3.87 S&H to which I had agreed at the time of the order. The product was supposedly shipped on Nov 4, but I have not yet recieved it (of course that's "the post office's fault", not theirs, so tough luck for me. Today (Nov 10 - Day 8) OrthoWhite charged my account $78.41 so I called to cancel the order, but was told by the cust. Service rep that the terms stated that I had seven (7) days to cancel (not 8) and that they could not and would not refund the $78.41. I had originally been directed to the site from which I ordered the product from another site, so I am sure that if I went directly to the official OrthoWhite site today it would say "cancel within 7 days", but the site from which I signed up CLEARLY said 8 days - I was very careful about the details and wrote it all down. I tried to print the page, but couldn't. None of the pertinent info would print out, just the exterraneous stuff. I was also told that a supervisor will not be available until Monday, (day 10) and I feel sure that by that time there will be no record of my calling on Day 8 to cancel. BTW, the cust. Rep. (who was difficult to understand) thought that S.C. Was the "state" of Sacramento and when I asked where he was speaking to me from he said he was in Colorado. I guess I should have asked him if that was the city or the state of Colorado.
