I ordered a trial product for the price of $2.95 from a company called Premium White Pro, before ordering I read the terms carefully. It states I had (5) days to cancel before I would be charged 126.42 membership fee. I called on the third (3) day and cancel my order Then I called back to confirm my canceled order.
When I called the toll free number listed on their website, all I got was a recording asking me for a pin number, which I never received So I called them using their 18882020846 and spoke to another person for the third time and they stated I was already charged the membership fee. My fraud protection account called me and also told me that the money was taken from my account on the third day. I order it on the 1-17 and they received their money on the 1-20 so this means that when you order the product on trial basics they already submit your money in right away if they get your money on the third day.
Then I called back to speak to a supervisor and he said you need to read your terms over, no he meant you need to read the fine print. I have not even received my trial products. So how can they charge me for the membership fee on the third day. Today is 1-22 and I still have not received my trial products. And they had the nerve to say your membership fee is not refundable. What can we do about this. Someone Please reply. You just do not take people money and think that it is okay. Thank You
