I ordered a trial for 2 creams from celtrixa although they called themselves hydroxitone. This was at the end of august or the beginning of sept. I called them immediately and told them that their product broke my skin out. They said no problem just send it back which I did. I have tracking numbers from the us post office. I was charged 7.00 for the trial and heard nothing from them until I got my November bill. They said order date was 10/31 which is totally incorrect! I have tried to contact this company but all numbers say my call can't be taken at this time. I did manage to leave a message with them and they are not open on the weekends. Please help Thank you
