I ordered two lanterns from them. When my shipment arrived, there were 4 additional items included, which I had not ordered. There were two knife sharpeners (@ 10.99 each, $13.98 shipping & handling) and two lint vacuum attachments (@10.99 each, $13.98 s&h). When I called to complain and make arrangements to return them, they were not a bit surprised or apologetic.in fact, I was given the option of KEEPING the additional items and they said they would CREDIT me $20. Mind you, this order was $70 more than I had intended to purchase, so a $20 credit would have left me with useless crap for which I was still out $50. It cost me $12.85 to mail back all the useless (Inappropriate Content Removed) that they had sent me.
