I ordered the Olde Brooklyn Lantern on 3/2. The price was $9.99 plus shipping/handling. I was charged $45.96 on my credit card immediately and did not receive the product for 4 weeks. When I did receive the product there were 2 lanterns in the box. They did not work. I called and spoke with a Representative and she states to mail them back with tracking. I mailed them back and they received their shipment on 2/16. They still have not credited my credit card and the phone number listed is not in working order.
