I called the number in the TV ad 800-955-8223. Pressed 0 to speak to the customer service agent. She came on and I asked her if it was 2 Lanterns for $12.99. She said "NO", its 1 Lantern for $12.99 the 2nd at $9.99 $6.95 for shipping and handling. I said that she totally contradicted the ad. She said I was confused that the ad was indeed $12.99 for the first and $9.99 for the 2nd as she stated. So I rewound the DVR'd commercial for her and asked her to hear "But wait you can double your order, that's 2 Olde Brooklyn Lanterns for just $12.99 and ask us about free shipping and handling". She immediately wanted me to get another 800 number. Why would she give me another 800 number, if I called the right number? I asked her if she ever had other customers complaining about the same thing. She simply said "No". I told her that I just recorded her conversation and was giving it the Better Business Bureau!
