I ordered two lanterns and paid for expedited handling online. Ended up with an order for 4 lanterns, 2 at $17.98 each and 2 at $14.98 each. Items are on backorder even though I paid for expedited handling. Called customer service and rep said expedited handling "just gets my name put at the top of the list". Told her I only wanted 2, she offered to take off $5. Told her again I only wanted 2, she offered to take of $10. Told her again I only wanted 2 and she cancelled the order. I declined to place a new order. Not sure if I will receive a credit or not. These lanterns were at my local Wal Mart today and I was not impressed with the quality. Do not order - buyer beware!
