My computer had been hacked and email shut down.
Received a call from "Microsoft" that they
would clean up my computer and have me back up
shortly which 2 hours later and a bill for 115.29 with supposedly lots of extras.
Oct. 7/12 I called to confirm that I could cancel my Norton coverage (had been advised in July that once my contract ran out I wouldn't
need it and was told I was covered.
