I have dealt with a online company called bosshandbagsby.com i quite sure they are a over broad company in the states as the currency was in dollars but there was a option to change to GB pound and i ordered a watch with them and after they took the money from the account i recieved a email saying the product was out of stock they gave me many other options in a conversation between numerous emails they did always reply and that is what made me think they were genuine after i asked for a refund they agreed they would and after taking there fees of 10% they were going to refund 49.01 as the product was originally 54.77 we agreed on the 49.01 to be refunded and after a email regarding that the boss had be contacted and everything was ok to go through they said the refund was going to be sent and then i got a seperate email from RealyPay saying the below on the 22/10 which a heading in the subject saying " Refunding done":

I replied to the email soon as and have never recieved any contact and my bank told me that it should be in my bank already or pending but there is nothing, so i thinks there is something up. I am not as annoyed with bosshandbags.com because i do get replys when i email but it is Realypay who i have never heard a word from but if it continues i am going to complain about bosshandbags.com also.
