The beginning of March set up Hughesnet, the system did not work for me area was told would get refund if not happy for first 30 days. Disconneccted the system with in 3 weeks, was told they would send kit to send the eqipment back, two months no kit, callled and was told again would send kit, months later stillls no kit told to send myself and they would reimberse me foe shippimg, Oct. 24 paid $24.60 ti ship on the 26th they signed for it i waitted untill nov. 1 say they dont have cant find it by tracking number, wait another day or 2 still cant find it, i have to fax them proof that i sent it, did that. Today they say i am only going to get 200 back, they are charging me for the month of service and something else i couldn't understand. Pay for what service it didnt work, plus they say full refund.
