Will not take back they have a 30 day guareentee and i have to pay for service to take down maine

I just got the system on 4/08 it doesnt work any faster then my dial up there is a 30 day money back i didnt pay anything up front. They said i have to send the system back and pay for breaking the agreement which i didnt understand. The guys that installed were in such a hurry to get out of here they told me to just sign here and there without explaining. I am on disability i dont have 125.00 for them to come out and uninstall
