LIPA has failed to restore power to many Long Islanders after Hurricane Sandy.instead of rising up and making us proud, they have not only let us down, but left us feeling digusted and hopeless with their service. The customer service reps cannot give answers and the outage map is a lie. They were aware of the 2 storms approaching LI and failed to make the necessary amendments to keep us warm and safe. I understand that the technicians may be working hard but upper administartion is a disgrace and they deserve to be removed from their positions. I am so disappointed in their service and embarrassed for their reputation. 12 days without power is unacceptable!!! Shame on you LIPA!!!
