Lost power and have down power lines on property

On Monday, a strong gust of wind blew a neighbor's tree onto our home and it took down the power, cable, and telephone lines and we have a pole laying in our backyard with power lines dangling and on the grass. On Monday before the storm hit, I called it in to LIPA. LIPA came to assess on Friday November 2nd, and have not been back since. And another storm is coming and it seems that we won't get power by then. This is ridiculous!!! You would think down lines would be a priority but in this case it isn't. Shame on LIPA.
