I received a collection letter from CCRecovery for collecting $877.00 for unpaid charges for YPLD. When called to inquire I was made to listen a recording where my secretary was heard saying yes and giving her name to questions from a person speaking very fast. She tells me she was not asked to okay for said charges. Upon asking to get details abot YPLD the lady named sandra (with caribean island accent) got mad, rude, did not give info and hung up. The letter thretens to report both of us to credit rating co. I wish something can be done to prevent this type of scam. I am going to hand over this case to my attorney.
