My bank account was charged $30.00 without my authorization. I called their number to ask for it to be removed and was told I applied for a loan with a non-refundable application fee of that amount. I never applied for this loan and requested my money be returned and was told no. I spoke to a supervisor and again was told no. They had my information because I had applied for loans a few weeks ago but insist I did this a couple days ago which I never did.
