On 10/25 a check for $30.00 was cashed by palm loan. I have never applied for or even have heard of this company. When i called the 800 # on the check that they made up, the lady had told me that they got my info from the web and that if i wanted my money back that i would have to go to there website and apply for a loan. How is this legal? This company is debiting peoples bank accounts againest there knowledge.
