I tried DealDay only one time and foudn it not appealing at all, so I cancelled my account the first day I joined on June 30. But the company has kept charging me monthly fee for about five months.
It seems that the function to discontinue the account did not work well. Its policy indicated it very easy by just clicking the Deactivate Account button under My Account. I trusted it and thought my account was cancelled.
So far, I have only received one single welcome email from DealDay. The customer service was really not up to a basic standard.
As a summary, I need to get my money back for whatever it over charged!
