I purchased The Muppets DVD box set for $65 from Kangaroo DVD at the beginning of December which from the outset appeared to be an Australian website (with Australia's DVD superstore tag line and Australian logo). They are actually based in Canada, but don't mention this anywhere on their website. I received my boxset (which it seems is more than most) but they have clearly been pirated and are of very poor picture and sound quality. I have complained and they have offered a refund if I return goods (at a cost of $19), but from the feedback online I very much doubt this will happen. Has anyone else managed to get funds refunded? Australian buyers beware!!
