This company sites at 556 south clinton ave rochester ny this company have no communication with their employee their schedulers do all the hiring and fireing when you call the office you can never get past the secretary at the front desk she wants to know why and for what reason you want to speak to a higher person who will listen to you you will always be black mailed by the schedulers theirs a lady by the name of tracy that dont look so good she thinks she own the company they have a lot of state cases that should be investigated the houses are not livable they dont care about their aides or patients all they care about is sending you to the case if you refuse a case you will be fired some of the cases the clients dont even need aides these are the clients that are taking street drugs while aides are taking care of them right in the houses shame on the owner of companion care they dont care about their employee you also have to be working for them for a year in order to get any benefits you will never see who gives you your cases the company fail to report any clients who have bedsores immediately to the nurse they will blame the aides to cover their company ask any one who worked for this company you will get the truth. And the owner of the company had the nerve to tell the local news ynn how great his company is.
