Before Christmas I ordered 2 hearing aides from this company. After 4 or 5 weeks I had not recd them. I then checked the internet for an email address. Of course I found none but did find all these fraud reports. I thought I had been taken. I immediately went to a website and bought 2 hearing aides. These are for back-ups in case mine has to be repaired. THEN, I was shocked yesterday when I recd two hearing aides from JD Marvel Co.
They also sent a catalog. Of course they do not take credit cards which is fishy to me. My reason for this note is to hope that everyone receives their order in the near future.
I'm not taking up for this company - just saying I FINALLY did get the items I paid for.
