Ms Claudio Terminated me for something that the nurse had approve to and because i gave them a hour extra of time after work hour and the claim it was mandatory, to help the coordinators cover cases that should of been covered if they would the aides they and stop being so evil to all the aides that works in the company. I had call Mr. Rosenberg a termination letter he claims that he don't give those letters, so i again call the agency on monday sept 23 to request for letter of date of hire to the date of last working date. I called Rachel to find out if she mailed it out nd claimed that recieve it anytime between wednesday or thursday which i never recieved it, so i called the agency and Mrs. Santiago answered the phone and said in a nasty tone that Rachel was not in and hung up the phone.
