This location is a franchise. The individuals that own the franchise are absolutely rude and Degrading. This McDonald's missed half of our order %u2013 only a $20 order and it was reported immediately When we got home %u2013 on the 7th. I Was told that I would get a call back the following day and today's the 15th and still had not received a call back. I proceed to call the franchise office again and speak to a Vanessa. She informs me that since I called their office, they have to do a complete investigation to match up cameras in the drive through and inside the restaurant to determine whether or not they can see if We were missing food. She insinuated that we were lying and treated me with such complete disrespect. I can understand possibly being investigated if we reported missing food on a regular basis %u2013 that this was the first time we've ever contacted them. I can't believe and can't even begin to Describe how awful I was treated by Vanessa. I was told that there's no point and reporting it to corporate and I was Refused an opportunity to speak to a supervisor.By the end of the call, I am in tears %u2013 over a $20 order. I cannot believe the utter disrespect and disregard For customer service. To doublecheck, I did call corporate and was told that they just send it back to the franchise and they have nothing to do with it. There is no accountability whatsoever. He also informed me that 85% of McDonald's are franchises. After being treated this way, I will absolutely never ever go to another McDonald's. One would think that there would be some sort of accountability, but apparently this is not the case. All of this over a few dollars. It's fine, they made money off of me by not giving me the products that we purchased. It'll be the last time. Beware of this location and others around it %u2013 or definitely doublecheck and triple check your order before you leave - If you decide to go there. After being treated this way we won't ever Walk into another McDonald's.
