Comcast customer support did not respond as they said they would. (lied) - Comcast high speed internet

In August my Comcast internet service suffered intermittent interruptions over several days. I phoned Comcast customer service (800.266.2278) to report the issue. Having had Comcast internet since I was sure that I had no problems with equipment yet Comcast support wanted to send a technician. I responded that I had no equipment trouble and would not pay for a service call, but consented to allow a technician to visit. At the time that the technician visited (for about 15 minutes) my internet was once again operational. The technician, Mark 281.889.3955) left after a short about speed testing. With my next bill, on or about Sep 7, I found a $50 service call charge. I contested this charge with Comcast customer service shortly after receiving my billing statement (I don't have the date available) and the representative said that my service charge and taxes on it would be credited, "by the end of the day". So I paid my usual monthly charge. With my next bill dated Oct 7, I found that not only had the service call charge not been credited but that a late charge had been applied. On Oct 15 I call Comcast customer service to complain about the missing credit and once again stated the circumstances regarding the unrequested and unnecessary service call in August. On Oct 29 upon calling Comcast customer support that my credit had not been applied. Tired of repeating the story about the unrequested and unnecessary service call, I asked for a supervisor. This supervisor, Brian, said that my credit had not been approved. Upon hearing this, I called into to question the truthfulness of the Comcast representatives with whom I had spent by this time, at least an hour of my time. Brian also divulged that service technician Mark had logged a longer period of time than his actual visit and reported a modem issue. Again, my modem and service were both operational. So if this Brian was correct, Mark filed a false report. Tired of not dealing with truthful Comcast representatives, I asked for a disconnect effect with the end of the period that I have paid for, Nov 4. I ask that the service charges and taxes $57.91 and the late charge and taxes $8.50 be credited and a statement be sent to me to that effect.
