I ordered a washer part for my broken Maytag, that was to be delivered the next day. I used the tracking number provided, and it said it was delivered to my St. Louis delivery facility at 4:30 A.M. On that Friday. It didn't arrive. On Mon., the tracking number said "out for delivery." Nope. Same thing on Tues. I called Fed Ex. They said they'd send a message to that facility. I called the appliance people, who also said they'd contact them. Finally, six days later, it was delivered at 6 P.M. They called me, as I requested, to explain, "It just got overlooked." It sat there for 5 days!"I'm sorry" just doesn't cut it. Six days w/o a washer is a disaster at my house. It'll take forever to catch up on the laundry!
