Very disappointed yesterday 10/24 with the lack of customer service I experienced. I stopped in Target (Rt 46 Hackettstown location) before work to purchase a few items. I was at the register and found my credit card was at its limit, so I was going to write out a check (which I did but unfortunately my license was left at home by mistake). I had asked if the items could be held for me, I would cash a check at work and return after work. The young woman (possibly AM supervisor) took down my name and said the items would be held at the customer service desk for me. I expressed my gratitude and let her know the umbrella was the only one I saw of its kind. Well I stopped back at Target before 5 pm last night, headed to customer service desk to retrieve the items that were to be held. No luck, I was told items were put back on the shopping floor. Very disappointed in lack of customer service.
