In early September I found a problem with my game that I downloaded from BLUE TEA GAMES. At that time, Sept. 7, I e-mailed Steve Zhao @ Blue Tea Games and told him about the problem. I asked for a repair to the game or a new game if this one could not be fixed or my money back. No answer. I then e-mailed him again on Sept. 18. No answer and no solutions. On Oct. 19, I sent a very strong letter telling him if I did not receive some type of answer, from anyone in his company within two weeks, I will tell all of my friends on Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, etc. Not to buy games from you, I will also post your lack of action on the different gamers boards. I want gamers to know that this game site is not customer friendly. NO answers, NO responses, NO help. NO more purchases.
