Ordered four lanterns on 10/29 with help from customer service from someone name Shirl. I paid $9.99 for faster service inwhich I was told by Shirl I would reciev e the lantern by 11/033. I called back to check on the order on 11/02, spoke to K. Parker. Shelia, kenneth, Mervin and manager Josh with all of them telling me different stories and with the final story being the lanterns being picked up by UPS on 11/02 and they not having a tracking number. I told them UPS would not pick up a package without assing a tracking number. My personal opinion is anyone buying the Old Brooklyn Lantern, DO NOT they are liers and just pitiful to deal with. They always give you a bunch of mess. The company is not worthy of anything.
