Purchased hair instyler from instyleraustralia.com did not work i was told to send the instyler back after a lot of emails. The cost was 32.00 plus the cost of product 89.20. The product was sent back to me after no one would take delivery of it. This has been going on since the 04/08. I have kept the emails they have sent me they did agree to a refund if i paid for the product to be sent back. I have contacted them by email again and told them the parcil was sent back to me, there response to me was that could not happen. All i want is my money back as the product is faulty never worked.
