I purchase DVD's from KangarooDVD, assuming it was an Australian Company. The site dispays a map of Australia (minus Tasmania). I placed the order 4 months ago and still waiting for my products. I have emailed several times and received responses advising that my goods are with the local mailing service or shipping it by express post. I have requested a refund twice, however no reply to my request.
This Company needs to be investigated by the fraud squad and closed down.
