Beware of this scam. This company runs a scam.
Every time their technicians (premier technical support) touched my computer there were always more issues wrong with the computer. It finally reached the point that it was infected with malware from babylon which they downloaded. It also had a rootkit virus and a trojan horse. I was running norton 360 and they would turn it off for an hour at a time.
Beware of this company.
It has cost me $200.00 to get my computer fixed.in addition to the $255.00 they scammed me out of.
