I made a purchase of 10.00 for ChefVille, one of the games I play on Facebook. I never received my money for that game. I made a complaint with Facebook through an email. Facebook answered and said that my last cash purchase was 10/09, while my checking account stated 10/31. I am hoping that you all can help me recover my cash or get a refund of that debit.
