Placed items in shopping cart and entered my credit card information but, changed my mind and DID NOT select button to complete/place order.instead I closed my browser (no other way to get out of site). Ten minutes later, I received an order confirmation via email. When I called customer service, they said that it was too late and that I would now have to send it back to get a refund. Given their sketchy web-based business, I am skeptical that I will receive a full refund.
