I have requested a refund of £58.19 on 23 August from DPN Host as I do not want their services. It appears that they are working with UWCCorp from whom I have also requested a refund of the £191.39 I have paid them on 6 Sept. I spoke to the company who are situated in Phoenix and who very unhelpful and refused to return any money even though they have done absolutely nothing.
Their arguement was that as I did not request a refund within their stipulated time frame of four days they were within their rights to withhold the money. It appears that the US do not have a Sale of Goods act that protects the consumer.
I request your help in this matter.
