Bought a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my mom's birthday. They were pricey — $30, plus shipping was another. $15. Called Mom at 5 pm to see how she liked them and she said she didn't get anything! Called customer service and was told that their window for delivery was "before 8pm per UPS and if I wanted them sooner, I should have spent another $15 to guarantee before noon delivery. They took no responsibility and were not understanding at all. The Rep was pretty rude so I asked to speak to a manager. Rep asked What did I think I was going to accomplish by speaking to her supervisor — I replied, Better service. Didn't happen — her boss was even more rude and argumentative to boot! I told him neither Shari's Berries, nor any of their affiliated companies (like Pro Flowers, Red Envelope) would EVER get my business again since the customer is most definitely mot right!
