When this co. Took over we started being asked to do things that were against the law and broke all health and safety law's. Now this is a bar that has a kitchen with no safe serve certificate person they have an old employee's one up that hasn't worked there in month's. We were make to fill small liquor bottles with big ones in the basement. The owner herself has from day one till my last day has grabbed and rubbing herself all over me and other employees. We have to take chances everyday that LCB or the health board wont come in while they have their underage kid hanging around not on the clock. There daughters boyfriend sitting at the bar drinking shoots and beer with the owners as they go behind the bar after they have been drinking to sever customers putting me and other employees in danger of being fined and a loss of our jobs. My last draw was when I found out that the new kitchen staff employee was not certified like they said he was. And before I found out he wasn't I would not do the things that were against the law. Now I do what's right and I tell him to fix things or I can no longer do this and I have had nothing but problems with the owners and now I'm trying to draw my unemployment and there fighting it. HOW is it my fault for what their doing...
