1. They send me an email asking me to sell my old Nokia Cell phone. Hello Manoj Lakhtakia,
"Thank you for deciding to trade in your Nokia N73 for $78. As per your request, you will be receiving a shipping label soon by Regular Mail. A trade specialist will be contacting you soon with further instructions."
2. They sent a Canada Post Prepaid courier kit asking me to send the phone.
3. I sent the phone to them under Canada Post MJ079508287CA on 09 Aug. 2012 that was delivered to them.
4. Since then I have sent several emails for the payment but no response has been received so far.
