I responded to an ad that said if I came in I'd be evaluated to see if I was a candidate for a hearing aid but all the tech did was go into a high pressure sell to get me to buy hearing aids but I really wasn't a candidate for hearing aids and since I was an 81 year old senior, I was taken advantage of by his high pressure sell. I believe this comes under "taking advantage of seniors".
