Sent a total amount of $250,000 to federal Trade Commission (FTC) for alleged winnings from Winners International situated in Las Vegas, Nevada with "manager" Mark Turner (tel: 206-666-9231) I have been throuh a virtual hell with one aggravation after another for the last six months. I havrn't received any winnings (31/2 mllion $ promised nor a refund. I am currently in dire financial straights.
