I am not suprised of all the numerous complaints against his FUC*ed up company and staff that is on every website you go to. Just put their telephone number in the search bar and OMG... The complaints go on and in and on. I'm suprised nobody has gone up to their office and beat the hell out of him or his extornist staff. What a bunch of friggen morons. Here's something you can do... Ask him or his staff for his Bonding Company's name and BOND number. Ask the moron calling you for her BOND NUMBER specifically for him / her. The agency must be BONDED & INSURED... Do you want to hear silence... Adsk them for their Bond Company telephone number and their Insurance Company's telephone number. Hummmm its going to get quiet very fast. Next, ask them for " their physical address "... They won't give it to you... Hummmm Next, ask them where they deposit their checks, that you want the name of their bank and the physical address of the bank... Uhhh... They won't give it to you. You really want to annoy them... Ask them to send you a letter... With the debt you supposedly owe... They won't send you anything in writing.in addition... Give them the following message should they call you... Ready...: " I do have to let you know that this call is being recorded by me regarding this conversation"... They will hang up on you. They don't want you recording their extornist conversation.
Should it progress... You have to say to them..." I was told by my legal counsel that you must put everything in writing. My legal representation has indicated I am not under any circumstances to discuss anything with your office unless I am sent your claim in writing... This conversation is over"... Then hang up...
You can also write them a " CEASE & DESIST LETTER ". This letter must be sent to them via CERTIFIED MAIL - RETURN RECEIPT requested. They must sign for your envelope, which puts them on notice.

If you continue to get calls from this toilet seat butt licking, toilet bowl extornists, make sure you tell them you are " RECORDING THE CONVERSATION ". If you have a decent ANSWERING MACHINE most of the ANSWERING MACHINES have the cap[ability to " RECORD THE CONVERSATION ". As long as you give them the " MIRANDA " that you are recording the conversaation, they are ' put on notice" and can " not " do anything to you. Now, they may hang up on you... But that is " good ". They'll know that if they SCREW with you, they may say something on that recording that may put them in The Attorney General's Office or Local District Attorney's Office.
